Do people hate the United States?

My Argentine friend who lives in Barcelona writes me this,

"Yes, the future war is near, I HATE UNITED STATE I HATE ALL THIS PEOPLE. They have responsability for the argentinian economy, the people in my country hate US. I hate all about this country, you really believe me. Its why I live in Europe."

The clouds are rouges and the moon, the lover.
With a shower of moonlight will this garden flower.
Alas!
The moon's palace in the sky is beseiged by cloud cover,
but hiding the piercing brilliance is futile, they blush and sliver,
and finding its way, moonlight descends, coming to the fore.
Drenched in this cascade, enchanted, I stand at her door.
